MCH ceramic heating element
MCH is the abbreviation of Metal Ceramics Heater, which is a high-temperature co-firing of metals and ceramics. MCH refers to the ceramic heating element formed by printing metal (high temperature melting point) paste on the ceramic tape casting body, laminating it by hot pressing, and then sintering the ceramic and metal together under the protection of high temperature hydrogen atmosphere. MCH has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life, high efficiency and energy saving, uniform temperature, good thermal conductivity, fast thermal compensation speed, etc., and does not contain harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl, in line with the EU ROHS and other environmental requirements.

Compared with traditional electric heating elements (alloy resistance wire, PTC, quartz heating tube), MCH ceramic heating element has five advantages:
1, the heating speed is fast, 10 seconds can reach 200-300 ℃.
2, the power density is large, up to 35-50W/c ㎡. Stable performance and long service life.
3, energy saving and environmental protection, used in the air medium, energy saving up to about 40%, belongs to the new environmental protection materials.
4. Acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for use in any environment.
5. According to the different requirements of customers:(1) heating bodies with different TCR coefficients can be customized;(2) different voltage levels can be designed (DC1.5-36 V, AC110-380 V);(3) heating bodies with different shapes can be customized, such as sheet, ring, tubular, rod, barrel and other special shapes.
