MCH is a ceramic heating element formed by printing metal tungsten or molybdenum manganese paste on a ceramic tape casting body, laminating it by hot pressing, and then sintering the ceramic and metal together under the protection of hydrogen atmosphere at 1600 ℃. It does not contain harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl, polybrominated diphenyl ether, etc. and meets the environmental protection requirements of EU RoHS.
Ceramic heating element features:

2. Rapid temperature rise and fast temperature compensation;
3. High power density;
4, the heating temperature is high, up to 500 degrees Celsius;
5, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, energy saving;
6, no fire, safe use;
7, long life, less power attenuation;
8. The heating element is insulated from the air, and the element is resistant to acid, alkali and other corrosive substances.
MCH ceramic heating element compared with PTC ceramic heating element:
1. In the case of 220V voltage, MCH ceramic heating element is faster than PTC ceramic heating element
2. Under the same power, MCH ceramic heating element is more energy-saving than PTC ceramic heating element
3, MCH ceramic heating element does not contain aluminum material, will not pollute the environment
At present, the most common alumina ceramic heating elements are: ceramic electric heating tube, ceramic heating plate, ceramic heating plate, ceramic electric heating ring, etc., can choose different shapes and styles according to different applications. Their common characteristics are high electrical conversion efficiency, fast heating speed, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and long service life.
